    I have to be honest that I had a biopsy in the office and I had no pain. I did bleed a lot and for most of the day. I do have st.3c endometrial cancer, just finished 6 rds of chemo, will be having radiation and immunotherapy.

    I vehemently disagree and stopped watching this otherwise informative video !! You lost me at not painful because every single woman that's had it done in my orbit has stated "it's excruciating " and NyC obgyn just said uneducated blind biopsy is no longer the first line of disgnosed...BIOPSY IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL AND THE GASLIGHTING AS WELL, WHY CANT YOU BE HONEST? TESTICULAR BIOPSIES ARE MECICATED....IM DECLINING THE BIOPSY, PERIOD

    There are MANY women who would vehemently disagree with this doctor when she states an endometrial biopsy does not require analgesia, since it not a painful procedure. I am sure she is very smart doctor, but on this point she is clueless.

    I'm also thriving with cancer even though I have not went through chemo or radiation treatments. I was diagnosed with non Hodgkin's lymphoma large b cell in 2017. By 2018 It had progressed to stage 4. Then I started to take a natural over the counter food supplement and in less than 2 months the cancer was in complete remission. All the tumors that were growing all over my body slowly disappeared and now there's nothing left of them except for indentations in my skin where they used to be.

    Is the anticipated response to immunotherapy for clear cell subtype only for the very small percentage of clear cells that are MSH? With LOH greater than 16%? Or is the hope that many women with clear cell who are MSS with lower LOH scores also likely to respond? Is A TMB score of 4 ok?

    I had a radical hysterectomy here in Toronto followed by 5 chemos with Taxol and Carboplatin but in my CT scan there is a new tumour in my pelvis. My oncologist says that I am chemo refractory. I think it is residual disease from the surgery. What would be the treatment now?

    • @anglophils645
      @anglophils645 2 месяца назад

      Possible surgery again, and then treatment with Avastin plus another chemotherapy drug, such as Gemzar or ifosfamab. You are not "chemo" refractory, you are platinum refractory. This means that carboplatin and other platinum-based drugs will not work for you. You should also have genetic testing on your cancer, if you have not already, to see whether any PARP inhibitor drugs would be effective for you. Immunotherapy drugs are also being studied for use against ovarian cancer, but so far, they are not working very well, despite the fact they are working extremely well for other types of cancers. Hope this info helps you.
